Our 2025 Impact Report

In a year marked by funding challenges and increased scrutiny for organizations doing gender and racial justice work, our mission did not waver. Instead, with the support of our community, we deepened our impact, expanded our reach, and continued to meet people where they are. We’re honored to share some of that work in our 2025 End of Year Impact Report.

Here are a few highlights from this year…

  • State of Masculinity 2025:
We gathered more than 200 one-to-one interviews from across the U.S. to better understand how masculinity is lived, taught, and transformed today. This initiative is shaping a field guide for culture change that centers honesty, accountability, and care—and will launch publicly in early 2026.
  • Programs that meet communities where they are:
Our Community Engagement, Youth Initiatives, and Healthy Manhood Initiatives teams partnered with schools, coalitions, faith communities, tribal nations, corporations, and grassroots organizations. From Dallas to New Jersey to Idaho, we facilitated keynotes, conversations, and trainings that lifted up those at the margins and invited men to be part of the solution.
  • Youth Rising to dismantle harm:
Through Youth ACT!, our annual Youth Summit, Live Respect programming, and the dismantle. Art Contest, young leaders across the country stepped into their power. They built skills in advocacy, organizing, and creative expression while modeling what healthy leadership and healthy masculinity can look like.
  • Healthy manhood in motion:
Our Healthy Manhood Initiatives team engaged thousands of men and boys—from football camps and collegiate athletics to community gatherings, conferences, and military installations. Together, we confronted topics like male loneliness, the Man Box, and the Manosphere, opening space for vulnerability, healing, and new ways of being.
  • Stronger infrastructure for learning and connection
We continued to grow our Learning Management System and expanded our affinity groups, including A Call to Asian and Desi Men, A Call to Warriors, Circle of Solidarity, and our Black Women’s Affinity Group. These spaces are nurturing a brave, sustaining community for people doing the daily work of change.
