Robert De Leon
Robert de Leon is a husband, father of two daughters and public servant with more than a decade of experience in local government and transit. He also brings more than 15 years of advocacy experience focused on domestic violence prevention, healthy masculinity and fatherhood. He is committed to building safer, stronger communities by promoting positive, engaged fatherhood.
Joe Palumbo
Joe Palumbo has spent his career working with professional athletes and sports professionals. He is also the co-founder of Kristin’s Fund, where he focuses on engaging men in preventing violence and promoting healthy, respectful relationships with women.
Armand Kadima
Armand is the founder and leader of Med Firm LLC, where he brings more than 20 years of accounting and tax expertise to businesses and entrepreneurs. A proud father of eight, Armand leads with empathy, perspective and quiet strength – qualities shaped by his professional experience and his commitment to being present for his family through every season of life.
