Dr. Bobby Casiano (he/him/el) is an Afro-Puerto Rican anti-racist educator and scholar-activist. Dr. Casiano is a graduate of Yale, Columbia, Penn, and NYU and completed his antiracist training with the People’s Institute for Survival and Beyond. He is a native of Harford, CT, and has been active in antiracist action, collaboration, organizing, and listening for over a decade across K-12 public education, higher education, non-profit, and public health institutions. Dr. Casiano is a trained social worker and founder of a private psychotherapy, consulting, and coaching practice in NYC. His commitment is centered on undoing racism and its intersection across gender, class, ability, and sexuality. Dr. Casiano has extensive experience integrating an affirming space related to the intersection of identities, anti-oppression, and healing.
